L-shaped key of laconian type

“Laconian” type keys, which are L-shaped rotational movement lift keys. The body of the key has teeth and is perpendicular to the elongated flattened handle, which ends in a suspension ring. The use of this type of key begins in the late 4th century B.C. and extends into late antiquity. Their function relied on the rotation of their axis, causing the teeth to press and release the lock mechanism.
